CSI are proud to work with leading partners who help in the advancement of high performance athletes and coaches. Throughout the province there are community partners who believe in supporting the advancement of sport by offering various benefits and discounts to registered CSI athletes and coaches.
Gymworks™
Gymworks™ is a partnership program with local fitness facilities, health clubs and community centres throughout British Columbia. The benefit enhances your training environment by providing easy, local and no-fee access to strength and conditioning centres. As a registered athlete or coach with CSI you are eligible to take advantage of this partnership.
FoodStuff™
FoodStuff™ is a community partnership between local restaurants/grocery stores and Canadian Sport Institute. It is in support of Canada’s High Performance athletes and coaches throughout British Columbia. Your Canadian Sport Institute card provides the region’s High Performance athletes and coaches with affordable options and the kind of food value they need to reach their goals in representing Canada.

Benefit Passport
The Benefit Passport is your gateway to exclusive community partners, benefits, and services designed to support high-performance athletes and coaches. Through the passport, eligible athletes can access discounted services, expert consultations, and specialized programs that enhance performance and recovery.

What is the CSI Pacific Benefits Passport?
The Benefits Passport is CSI Pacific’s new online platform that provides streamlined access to athlete services and benefits available to you as an athlete in British Columbia. It replaces physical identification cards and serves as a module attached to your registration.
Where can I access the Benefits Passport?
You can log in to the new CSI Pacific Access Portal on any web browser at apps.csipacific.ca. After logging in, toggle to the top right corner to click “Benefits” and then “Search Partner Benefits”. Please be aware of any filters that may be applied when searching benefits.
What happened to the old identification cards?
Physical identification cards, including interim cards, have been replaced by the online Benefits Passport. All services and benefits are now accessed exclusively through this digital platform.
I do not have a digital device; can I get an identification card?
We no longer issue a plastic identification card as we have transitioned to the new CSI Pacific benefits passport. However, in some circumstances we may issue a physical card to individuals on a as needs basis. Please contact athlete@csipacific.ca
How do I get started with the Benefits Passport?
Eligible athletes (or parents / guardians) will be invited via email to complete the registration process, which includes signing the CSI Pacific Enrollment Waiver, Athlete Agreement and a short onboarding quiz to familiarize you to our benefits and services. Once you have registered and are approved you will have access to the benefits passport form your access portal main page.
What if I’m under 19 years old?
If you are under the age of 19, a parent or guardian must complete the registration by signing the waiver and consent forms through the Benefits passport.
I completed the registration process, but my status does not show me as Active?
If you are nominated by your sport organisation and have completed the registration process, it may take up to 24 hours to activate your nomination. If you do not have a nomination from your sport organisation, you may be deemed “not approved” and have no access to benefits.
My status has changed, what do I do?
Access to the portal expires one month after your sport organization’s nomination cycle. If you have NOT been nominated by your sport organization your status will no longer allow you to access the Benefits Passport. If you HAVE been nominated as part of the next sport cycle, you will receive an email to claim the nomination and will need to update your registration.
How do I login to the Benefits Passport for continued access?
You can bookmark access to the Passport by creating a home button on your phone. Subsequent logins will require you to submit your active email to receive a verification code. Be sure to check your email for the code or directly click on the login button in the email.
My registration email has changed or is no longer active, what should I do?

What kind of services and benefits are available through CSI Pacific?
CSI Pacific offers a range of athlete services and over 400+ benefits through its partners, including access to performance facilities, sport science and medical support, and community partner discounts. Details are available in the Benefits Passport once you log in.

Who can I contact if I have trouble accessing the portal or completing onboarding?

Can I access the Benefits Passport on my phone?
Yes. While the Passport is not a dedicated iOS or Android app, you can easily save the Access Portal to your phone’s home screen for quick access. A video tutorial is available: Here.
