Benefit Passport FAQs

The Benefits Passport is CSI Pacific’s new online platform that provides streamlined access to athlete services and benefits available to you as an athlete in British Columbia. It replaces physical identification cards and serves as a module attached to your registration.

You can log in to the new CSI Pacific Access Portal on any web browser at apps.csipacific.ca. After logging in, toggle to the top right corner to click “Benefits” and then “Search Partner Benefits”. Please be aware of any filters that may be applied when searching benefits.

Physical identification cards, including interim cards, have been replaced by the online Benefits Passport. All services and benefits are now accessed exclusively through this digital platform.

We no longer issue a plastic identification card as we have transitioned to the new CSI Pacific benefits passport.  However, in some circumstances we may issue a physical card to individuals on a as needs basis.  Please contact athlete@csipacific.ca

Eligible athletes (or parents / guardians) will be invited via email to complete the registration process, which includes signing the CSI Pacific Enrollment Waiver, Athlete Agreement and a short onboarding quiz to familiarize you to our benefits and services. Once you have registered and are approved you will have access to the benefits passport form your access portal main page.

If you are under the age of 19, a parent or guardian must complete the registration by signing the waiver and consent forms through the Benefits passport.

If you are nominated by your sport organisation and have completed the registration process, it may take up to 24 hours to activate your nomination.  If you do not have a nomination from your sport organisation, you may be deemed “not approved” and have no access to benefits.

Access to the portal expires one month after your sport organization’s nomination cycle.  If you have NOT been nominated by your sport organization your status will no longer allow you to access the Benefits Passport.  If you HAVE been nominated as part of the next sport cycle, you will receive an email to claim the nomination and will need to update your registration.

You can bookmark access to the Passport by creating a home button on your phone.  Subsequent logins will require you to submit your active email to receive a verification code.  Be sure to check your email for the code or directly click on the login button in the email.

CSI Pacific offers a range of athlete services and over 400+ benefits through its partners, including access to performance facilities, sport science and medical support, and community partner discounts. Details are available in the Benefits Passport once you log in.
