Dominic Seiterle is a two-time Olympian and gold medalist in rowing from the Beijing 2008 games. Following his retirement from competitive rowing, Dominic focused on his career and family, while sharing his passion for sports through mentoring, coaching and speaking opportunities.

Dominic holds an MBA in Competitive Business Strategy and Marketing from the University of Rochester (NY). Over the past 14 years, he has focused on developing the practice of public engagement with the B.C. Government - organizing opportunities for the public and affected parties to shape policy and legislation.

Dominic recently launched Rostrum Consulting - which focuses on human-centered design and organizational research and is also involved in real estate development (Zurich Realties Canada). Dominic is looking forward to driving continuous improvement in the region's approach to sport support and development.
