SPORT DIETITIAN (1.0 FTE)

The Sport Dietitian will provide evidence-based and cutting-edge sport nutrition consultation services to targeted Senior and NextGen National and Provincial athletes and teams, working in close collaboration with coaches and members of the interdisciplinary support team (IST). The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Individual athlete nutrition assessment
  • Individual and team-specific education across a variety of sport nutrition areas
  • Planning and delivery of periodized nutrition interventions both at the individual and team level
  • Body composition assessment and feedback to athletes and coaches
  • Sport needs evaluation and delivery of world class nutrition programs during training and competition

Reporting to the Whistler Facility Lead, the Whistler Operations Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the day to day operations, cleaning, and maintenance of the CSI Pacific High Performance Training Centre (HPTC) in Whistler, which includes both a training facility and a townhouse for staff accommodation.
