Performance Points are a collection of well written articles that have been authored by our in-house experts. These short, easy to read, and well written articles pertain to a variety of topics that are applicable to athlete and coach lifestyle in High Performance sport.

The Athlete Coach Connect is a quarterly newsletter written by our in-house Athlete Coach Services team to acknowledge all newsworthy information relevant to registered athletes & coaches. These newsletters cover a variety of items including upcoming events, past events, card renewals, partnership updates, contact information, important dates, etc.

FLITEKITFLITEKITS™ are designed to alleviate the stresses of travel for sport. Based on recommendations from athletes, our dietitians, and our physiologists, the kit is packed with essentials that will make your flight or road trip more comfortable.

Athletes, coaches, and teams may purchase a standard kit for $20 or refresh the contents of their kit for $15 (includes everything but the nasal spray and eye mask).

CSI Pacific Athlete LogbookAthletes who wish to receive a Canadian Sport Institute Athlete Logbook should contact their Athlete Coach Services Coordinator to order a copy.

Sport Canada AAP Carded athletes registered with Canadian Sport Institute/PacificSport planning to access services while visiting a Canadian Sport Institute/Centre outside of British Columbia must contact a Canadian Sport Institute Athlete Coach Services Coordinator at least two weeks in advance of their departure. Each Canadian Sport Institute/Centre location has a different service delivery process, and it is essential that the athlete follows the correct process. Athletes who do not follow the appropriate process for accessing services will be personally responsible for any expenses incurred.

Sport Canada Carded athletes should also review the Athlete Assistance Program materials. Topics of interest may include:

The SDRCC helps to prevent conflicts and, when they are inevitable, resolve them.

NSF International is a public health and safety company whose Certified for Sport program makes it easy for athletes and coaches to identify nutritional supplements that do not contain any banned substances and are safe to take.

  • Created and hosted by the IOC, the Athlete Learning Gateway is an innovative new way for elite athletes to study while training and competing. The service is available for you to use at any time, wherever you are, free of charge. Short courses feature academic lecture videos created by leading academics and professionals from the world of sport. They also include practical insights from top athletes, coaches and inspirational leaders.

Rosetta StoneCanadian Sport Institute hopes to enhance the sport careers of High Performance athletes and create opportunities that will assist you in your pursuit of excellence – both inside and outside of sport. This tool is beneficial for athletes looking to supplement their current academic course load, seeking ongoing education during their sport career, considering a language-based career, or competing in foreign countries on a regular basis.

Canadian Sport Institute Pacific registered coaches and Podium and Canadian Elite level athletes can apply for a free three month (or possibly longer) Rosetta Stone license through their Athlete Coach Services representative
