Starting August 2015 you will have the opportunity to work with Canadian Sport Institute’s Strength & Conditioning Coach, Kit Wong, at the Richmond Olympic Oval’s High Performance Gym. This gym is a big space equipped with eight full racks, Olympic weights and bars, medicine balls, kettlebells, stationary bikes, weight vests, hurdles, plyo boxes, and more.
